Wildlife Kayaking Eco Tours

The non-profit organization, Ocean Connectors, offers tours of the ecosystem in San Diego Bay.

What's included?

• A Two-hour naturalist-guided kayaking excursion inside South San Diego Bay through the Chula Vista Wildlife Reserve.

• All equipment needed: kayaks, paddles, life jackets, waterproof binoculars, and even sunscreen.

Ticket sales support youth education and habitat restoration projects.

America's Schooner Cup Sail aboard State Tall Ship

Public Invited to Race with Californian Sail Crew

Maritime Museum of San Diego, with an international reputation for excellence in restoring, maintaining, and operating historic vessels, will race the 142-foot schooner Californian in the 34th annual America’s Schooner Cup Saturday, hosted by Silver Gate Yacht Club. Californian, official tall ship of the state of California, and a signature historic vessel among the collection found at Maritime Museum of San Diego, won her first America’s Schooner Cup March 30, 2019.

Uncorked: San Diego Wine Fest

April 8th at Spanish Landing

The 7th annual Uncorked: San Diego wine fest is on Sat April 8th at Spanish Landing. Enjoy over 150 wines and bubblies from across the globe plus some "outside the bottle beverages", a DJ, photo booth , favorite local food trucks and more!

There are two ticket options for this event. Early Admission ($80) is at 1pm and includes an extra hour of tasting with a smaller group, plus some bonus wine selections from certain wineries. General admission ($65) is at 2pm and the event ends at 5pm. Both ticket types include all wine tasting with food sold separately.

Bring your friends and your thirst and come sip & savor all that Uncorked: San Diego has to offer! 🍷

This event benefits local nonprofit Urban Surf 4 Kids (www.US4K.org).
